
Given the safety requirements for close-contact businesses, we’ve taken the following precautions to ensure that we can serve our clients safely.
- On product photos or meeting customers in person, we maintain a 2 metre (6 foot) distance between you and your client during your session. When posing your clients your directions must be verbal and/or example with “no-touch” posing as much as possible.
- We maintain physical distance between all collaborators.
- We wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds. If soap and water aren’t available we use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer every time when:
- arrive or leave;
- before and after a break;
- after using the washroom;
- after contact with the public;
- before and after using masks or other personal protective equipment;
- Touchpoints (door handles and buttons) need to be sanitized before and after sessions.
- We wear a mask and ask for every person in the studio/location to wear a mask.
- We will provide disposable masks.
- Clients are required to wear masks at all times when not being photographed.
